How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact a member of our team. It’s important to speak with a J&R Products, Inc. Team Member before sending any items back to ensure the process is smooth and efficient. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

Return Eligibility

  • J&R Products' Responsibility: If your return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defect, we will happily replace the product and cover any shipping costs, including restocking fees, if applicable.
  • General Returns: For other returns, items must be sent back within 30 days of the original shipment date. Items must be in original packaging, securely packed, and in resalable condition.
  • Restocking Fees: Please note that all non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs unless the return is due to our error.

These products cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Return Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified of the status of your refund. If the item is approved, a refund will be issued via the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
